For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by emailing or texting us any time up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. Appointments occurring within the next 48 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you must make a new deposit to secure a session.
We ask that you please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early to complete intake paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Browstress Studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. Please be considerate of our staff’s time and the clients booked after you. Thank You!
