Policies & Cancelations
The following candidates cannot be serviced:
Those under 18 years of age.
People with diabetes.
Pregnant and lactating women.
People with glaucoma and people who are taking blood thinning medicines.
People with skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated.
People with allergies to tattoo inks or specific make ups (please consult with doctor before you book a appointment).
Those with easily triggered post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation are not good candidates.
Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed.
Are a hemophiliac.
Have healing disorders, on blood thinners or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
Let us know if you have/had allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
Cancelation Policy
For all new appointments, we charge your card a deposit in order to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment. You must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. ALL PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by emailing or texting us any time up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled appointment. Appointments occurring within the next 48 hours may not be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you must make a new deposit to secure a session.
We ask that you please arrive to your appointment 5 - 10 minutes early to complete intake paperwork. If you are more than 10 minutes late, Browstress Studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. Please be considerate of our staff’s time and the clients booked after you.
